| Rachel and Matt were great to work with on the sale of our home this summer 2017. Rachel walked through our home prior to going on the market and made recommendations regarding what to clear out, clean and/or enhance to help get top dollar. Both Matt and Rachel sat down with us and showed us "comps" to support our list price, explained the process of the sale, and helped us every step of the way. Rachel even brought over some of her own items to help stage our house including fresh flowers and candles! They were very communicative about showing times and we had many showings even the first day the house was on the market. They both got back to us promptly with answers to our questions and regarding updates on the negotiations. The icing on the cake was getting an offer slightly above list price after just 3 days on the market.
